Tanjalya ni Bhaaji & Roti

Tanjaliya Ni Bhaaji & Rooti apne Aashura Na Din Iftar ma laiye che.

2 Joori ni bhaaji no maap

Ingredients

·         2 joori bhaji

·         1 tspn lasan nu paste

·         1 tsp lal marcha powder

·         1 tsp dhana jeeru masalo

·         1 chutki haldi

·         1 medium size pyaz .... cut karelu small pieces ma

·         2 tbspn oil

How to make :

Ø  Bhaiji saaf karo ane dhov ane tapela ma muko....

Ø  aa bhaddo je saman chhe marcha masala upar aapela chhe ae saglu bhaji par dali do....

Ø  Pachhi bhaji ne dheema  gas par dhaki ne muki do....

Ø  7-8 minute gas par aam aj muki rehva do ......hilawa nu nahi....

Ø  5-7 minute Pachhi ehne halawo ane saglu barabar si mix kari do....

Ø  Bhaji ma si tel nikle ane bhaji no rang badlai jai ....toh bhaji ready chhe pachhi  gas band kari do....

Jem normal roti banaviye chhe em aj aa roti banava ni chhe pan ehma last ma jem tel ya ghee lagaviye chhe em nathi lagavanu...

  1. In Malwa region of Madhya Pradrsh Tanjaliya or Tandaliya ni Bhaji is called Laal Dandi ni Bhaji.

    It is a very delicious dish when prepared using
    Malwiyan Momineens' recipe.
