LEELU LASAN


Thandi ni mausam ma khava si ghano faido thai chhe.... Early morning ya raate khavu best chhe....

Zarurat ni cheezo:
2 Thal maate

- Namak
- 500 gm leelu Lasan
- 250 gm kheemo
- 1 dozen baida
- 50 gm jeeru
- 50 gm kaala mari no bhukko
- 1 kg ghee (pure ghee best chhe)
- 3 limbu
- 1 tspn adrak-lasan paste
- pa chamchi lal marcha

Kem banavanu:

* Lasan ne dhoi ne barik kaapi lo....
* jeeru ne seki ne bhukko kari lo....

- Kheema ne dhoi ne adrak - lasan,  lal marcha ane salt salt nakhi ne bafi lo....
- Pachhi je sekela jeeru no bhukko chhe ehma leelu lasan  ane kheemo nakhi ne mix kari do ane salt taste na hisab si....
- Ehna upar baida nakho ane ehne barabar mix kari do....
- Ek alag tapela ma ghee lo ane ehne ekdum garam kari lo....
- Ane jyare jamye tyare ehna par garam ghee ne nakho ane halavi lo ane ehna par limbu no ras nakho....

* Leelu Lasan ni roti normal roti si thick banavani ane ehna sathe bajri ni roti bhi fine laage chhe....
* leelu Lasan jama baadpani piwa na badle sherdi (sugarcane) khav toh ghano faido kare chhe .....
* Leelu Lasan khava baad kaali chai pivani... doodh wali chai nahi pivani....

    1. Aap kam kari sako cho... lasan ma ghee wadhare lage che..... ghee apne khata nahi... ghee apne spread kariye che... jem apne koi bhajiya banawe che toh toh tel ma tsliye che... emaj aama ghee upar thi nakhiye che
