250 gm Bhavnagri Marcha

Masala:
3 tspn Pav Bhaji Masalo (Ready Mile Chhe)
3 tspn Red chilli powder
2 tspn Dhana jeeru powder
pa chamchi haldi
1 tbspn lasan paste (Fakt lasan)

Kem Banavsu:
Bateta,Bhavnagri Marcha, Flower ane gajar na small pieces cut kari ne watana sathe boil kari lo....

- Tel Garam kari ne cut katela kanda ne ehma nakho ane soft thai tyar tak ehne slow flame par rehva do....
- Ehma tamatar na pieces nakhi do ane mix kari do....bewe ek ras thai jai tyar tak hilawo....

- Ehma 3 tspn red  chilli powder, 2 tspn dhana jeeru powder, pa chamchi haldi, 1 tspn lasan nu paste nakhi ne barabar halawi lo....aa mixture ma bafela vegetable sathe milavi lo.... ane ehma salt nakho taste na hisab si....

- Ehma 3 tspn pav bhaji masalo nakho ane 50 gm masko nakhi ane slow flame par rekhi ne halawo.... Thori vaar ma tel chhutwa lagse matlab ae paki gayu chhe....

Pav:
Tawa par tel nakho ane ehna par pav ni bewe side thori kurkuri thai itli seki lo....
Pirasva Na Waqt:
- Ek pyala ma bhaji lo ehna par thoro masko nakho ane barabar mix kari lo....
- Ehna par barik kapeli kothmir ane pyaj ane limbu chhirko...ane garam pav sathe serve karo....
