KACHUMBER
- Aa ek type no salad chhe.... Ane ghana ne khabar aj hase aana bara ma....
- Vegetables ane masala si banaviye chhe ane ghano healthy chhe....
- Dal chawal hoi ya koi gosh ni variety sathe  bav fine laage....
- Ane salad hoi toh jaman bhi vadhare jamase....

SU JOSE:
- Namak
- 1 pyaj barik kapelu (onion)
- 2 tomato barik kapela
- 1 Muli barik kapeli
- 2 kakri barik kapeli
- 1-2 green marcha ekdum barik kapela(green chili)
- 1/2 tsp lal marcha powder (red chili powder)
- 1 limbu ya sarko (lemon / vinegar)
- chat masalo
- kothmir barik kapeli (corriander)

BANAWANI REET:
- Ek bowl ma vegetables barik kapi ne nakhi do.... Kakri cut karye toh ek vaat dhyan ma rahe ke ehna sides nikali ne barabar ehna corners par ghasye ane pachhi cut karye toh ehma kadvo swad nai aave....
- Pachhi ehma namak, lal marcha powder ane chat masala nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi limbu no ras ya sarko bewe ma si koi bhi ek nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Ehna par kothmir chhirki do....
