pachi yeh barabar grind karilo ane chali lo thick paste malwo joiye
pachi ek frying pan lo yeh butter add karo ane garam karo apchi yehma 1/2 cup onion palak ane (carrot-potato-onion) nu pasteane 1/4 cup water add karo ane cook well
pachi yehma milk add karo
nimak ane kaala mari nu bhuko add karo as per taste
pachi 5-10 mins slow flame par cook karo
soup is ready
serve hot
How To Make In English
Take Pressure cooker, add carrots + potatoes + onion + 1.5 cup water
close the cooker and cook till 3 whistles
now cool the mixture
now grind the mixture and make a thick paste keep aside
now take a frying add butter to it and heat it
now add 1/2 cup onion, plus spinach and (carrot=onion+potato) mixture plus 1/4 cup water and mix well
