Carrot & Spinach Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup peeled & chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded spinach (chuteli)(palak)
- 1/2 cup peeled & chopped potatoes
- 1/2 chopped onions
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt & black pepper powder (namak & kala mari powder)

- pachi ek frying pan lo yeh butter add karo ane garam karo apchi yehma 1/2 cup onion palak ane (carrot-potato-onion) nu pasteane 1/4 cup water add karo ane cook well
- pachi yehma milk add karo
- nimak ane kaala mari nu bhuko add karo as per taste
- pachi 5-10 mins slow flame par cook karo
- soup is ready
- serve hot
How To Make In English
- Take Pressure cooker, add carrots + potatoes + onion + 1.5 cup water
- close the cooker and cook till 3 whistles
- now cool the mixture
- now grind the mixture and make a thick paste keep aside
- now take a frying add butter to it and heat it
- now add 1/2 cup onion, plus spinach and (carrot=onion+potato) mixture plus 1/4 cup water and mix well
- now add milk
- now add salt and black pepper powder to taste
- soup is ready
- serve hot
