Malpua

Malpua recipe 
for mithi sihori

Ingredients 

1 cup ghav no atto
1cup milk 
1 cup sugar 
4 eggs
1 pinch kesar 
1/4 tsp elaichi powder( optional)
Ghee for frying 

Method

Milk ne warm kari ema sugar nakhi ne mix karvu , Ema kesar mix karvu pachi thoro thoro atto nakhi ne milavu. 1 hr rehva devu. Fry karva pehla eggs nakhi batter  barabar beat karvu. Ghee garam thai to ema 1 big sp jetlu batter nakhi ne medium gas par banne side fry karvu light golden thai tyar sudhi.
Malai ya fresh cream sathe serve karvu.
