- Pa kilo kheemo
- 5 Baida
- 2 Naram Pav
- Aadu - Lasan Paste
- Lal marcha powder
- Dhana jeeru powder
- haldi
- 10 leaves pudina
- salt
- Limbu

Banavani Reet:


Kheema ne dhoi ne ehma 2 tspn aadu-lasan paste nakhi do ane ehne 1 kalak maate dhaki ne muki do....

- Pav ne pani ma nakhi do ane ehma upar no brown layer nikali do.... Baki na pav ma si puri tarah pani nichori ne kheema ma nakhi do ane 2 baida nakhi do ane barabar halawi lo....

- Pudino barik kapi ne, 1 tspn Lal marcha, 1 tspn dhana jeeru powder, pa chamchi haldi ane salt taste na hisab si kheema ma nakhi do ane barabar halawi lo....

- 3 baida lo ehma sawad na hisab si namak ane 1/2 spoon marcha ni bhukki barabar mix kari lo....

- Pachhi frying pan ma 2 tbspn oil nakho....pachhi aa kheemo barabar spread kari do ane ehna par baida nu mixture spread kari do.....dhaki ne barabar slow flame par thava do....

- Em laage ke baida paki gaya chhe upar na toh ehma pieces karvane lines pari do....

- Baidu paki jai means ke seekh tayyar chhe....

Pirasva Ne:


Limbu nakhi ne serve karo....Roti sathe ane sauce nakhi ne bhi fine laage chhe....

  1. Bn, I tried it . but when we take out from frying pan ...it breaks...means nice pieces to serve guest...become. Difficult.
    Taste is good ...but plz advice for proper meat cake presentation

    1. Hello.. i also tried it turned out good.. if the mixture is not mixed properly and there are lumps it will tend to break.. and one more reason is it might be too dry.. even that breaks it.. i add everything and grind it little.. so that everything gets mixed properly..

  2. Fry na karo...bake kari lo...upar ni recipe follow karo ane last ma..fry na karo...ek baking dish ma keema ne ehna masala sathe flat kari do ane pachi potato slice kari ne keema par bichavi do. Aa potato na upar egg beat kari ne salt pepper red chilli nakhi potatoes par spread kari do. Pachi bake karwa muki do...potatoes gali jaye itle keemo bhi paki gayo che. Pachi slice kari ne serve karo.

    2. I add tomato and potato slices and then egg..
      And down before adding kheema add potato slices so that it does not get burnt

  4. U can also add 2 boiled n smashed potatoes instead of egg in d kheema mixture..along wd bread.

  5. Yes along wd boiled mashed potatoes, make it more nutritious n tasty by adding carrots cut in small pieces n green peas.

  7. mae khema ne flaten kari uppar tomato ane potato and eggs lagawabad kala mari nakhi ne ghee aikdam gram kari ne uppar naku chu tu aik dam fine lage che
