KASHMIRI STYLE MUTTON KHEEMA KOFTA CURRY
Recipe By Munirabhwn Zakariyabhai Dudhwala -Partapur
Ingredients :
A :
500 gms Mutton kheema
1 egg
2 tbsp. Onion bright
2 tbsp. Chana dalia
1-2 green chillies
1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste.
B :
2 Onion (pureed)
C :
150 gms curd
1 tbsp. Red chilli pwd
1 tbsp. Dhania pwd.
1/2 tsp. Haldi pwd
1/2 tsp. Roasted zeera pwd.
1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste.
D :
3-4 cloves
1 pc cinnamon
3-4 whole pepper
Method :
Mix all ingredients of "A" in a blender to a paste n make small balls n keep aside.
Mix all ingredients of "C" n keep aside.
Take sum ghee...add d onion puree till its golden pink.
Add d curd mixture n cook on medium flame till it leaves d sides n oil starts floating.
Add "D" ingredients n mix well.
Add water n boil on high flame.
Slowly slide in d koftas one by one without storing at all.
Cover n cook for 10-15 mins.
Uncover n turn d koftas upside down n cook again.
Garnish with kothmeer.
(Add water according to ur own consistency )
