MANGO TIRAMISU

Mango sagla nu favorite fruit che to Kem na ene different rite try kriye.. Generally tiramisu strawberry nu bne che but aaje apne mango nu bnawsu sagla ne ghnu pasand awse specially bacchao ne. To Chalo shuru kriye..
INGREDIENTS:
whipping cream
moscorpone cheese (triangle cheese or kraft cheese)
vanilla essence
powdered sugar
Lady finger biscuits (sponge cake)
mango pulp
garnishing mate cinnamon powder(Taj nu powder) and chopped mango
Now method.
Ek bowl leso ema 1cup whipping cream electric whisker si whisk karsu e na hoi to haath so 4min mate karsu 1tsp vanilla essence nakhsu and sakkar nakhi mix karsu then bijo bowl lesu 1cup moscorpone cheese and 3tsp sakkar (sweetness as per choice) ane barabar mix karsu ane pchi cheese and whipping cream ne mix kri desu.. for mango pulp Keri no Ras lesu pan e thick howo joiye.
Now serving waste ek transparent bowl lesu. Have ema layers bnawsu.
First layer ma lady finger biscuit (sponge cake) koi bhi juice and dip karsu and bowl ma muksu I used orange juice...
Second layer maMango pulp spread karsu.
Thrid layer cheese cream mixture lesu..
Em layer repeate karsu.
last layer means bowl no upar no layer cheese cream rakhsu..
Tiramisu set thawa waste 3 to 4 hour waste fridge ma muksu.
Serving karta pehla Taj nu powder Ena par sprinkle karsu with the help of chalni pchi Ena upar mango si decorate karsu.. Tadaa yummy tiramisu readyπππ
Note: Jo tamare moscorpone cheese na male to normal kraft nu cheese use kri Sako Cho and lady fingers biscuit na male to sponge cake use kri Sako Cho bnne same che..
