RECIPE BY:
SAKINABEN KUTBUDDINBHAI VALIULLA

SU JOSE:


wasi rotli 6 -7 medium size na tukda
onion 1 barik kapeli
tomatoes 3 barik kapela
jeeru 1 teasp
taju kutelu lasan 2 tblsp
kari patta 8 9 leave
chaas( dahi ne pheti ne ahma pani milawanu ahne chaas
kehwai) 2 cup
kothmir as required
salt to taste
chiili powder as taste
 1 teasp haldi powder
 2 teasp coriander pwder.


Method:-

Ek kadai ma oil garam kari ahma jeeru, kari patta ane lasan ni paste no waghar karo pachi onion ne saute karo pink thay tya sudhi pachi ahma juicy tomatoes add karo ane gravy form thay tya sudhi pakawo pachi salt, chili pwdr, turm pwder, corinadr pwdr, add kari ne mix karo ane pachi chaas nakhi ne ubaal aawe tya sudhi high flame rakhwano pachi slow flame par pakawanu 5 min rakhi ne flame off kari do (dhyan rakhwanu k gravy ma pani rehwu joye chass tamara hisabe adjust kartu rehwanu)pachi jyare jamwanu hoi tyare pachi gravy garam karwani ne roti na tukda mix kari dewana ane coriander mix kari serve karo.
( plz dhyan rakhjo roti add kari ne rehwa nahi dewanu taste badlai jai che jamwana time par aj tukda mix karwana)
