Black Forest Cake

Black Forest Cake
Recipe By Fatemabhen Kagalwala 

Ingredients:
3 eggs
60 grms Maida
2 tbsp coco pwd
90 grms pwd sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
1 tsp baking pwd
Method for cake:  eggs ne separate karwanu. Egg white ne ek bowl ma baat karwanu till fluffy. Pachi ek ek karine egg yolk add karwanu. Ek egg yolk nakhi ne fine beat karwanu. Aaj mixture ma pachi sugar thoru thoru nakhi ne baat karwanu. Maida, coco ane baking pwd ne chani lewanu ane slowly thoru thoru egg mixture ma fold karwanu. Last ma add essence. Aa mixture ne ek greased baking tin ma nakhi ne bake at 75° for 15 mins or till done. Cake bake thai jai toh let it cool. Ane center ma si half cut kare.

Ingredients for icing:
200 grms fresh cream
1 bar chocolate any
1/2 tin cherries
2tbsp icing sugar
Method: cherries ne half cut Kari ne seeds nikalwa. Fresh cream ne stiff beat karwanu ane ehma sugar nakhi ne pachu beat karwanu. Cake na niche na layer ma pehla thoru  cherry juice spread Kari ne fresh cream no layer lagawanu. Pachi half cut kareli cherries muko ane half bar chocolate no grate karo pachi cake no top part upar muki ne pachu juice nakho then fresh cream si full cake cover karo. Cherries si decorate Kari ne baki no chocolate grate karo full cake par. Ane cake ne fridge ma set thawa muki do for at least 1/2 an hour.
