Marble Cake

Ingredients:
120 grams butter
120 grms pwd sugar
120 grms Maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
1 tsp coco ped
Method : An bowl ma butter ne baat karo till fluffy. Pachi slowly sugar add Kari ne baat Karo. Eggs ne separate karo. And add egg yolks to butter mixture. Baat karo. Maida ane baking soda ne chani lo. Maida ne butter mixture ma fold karo slowly 2-3 spoons at a time. Egg whites ne stiffly baat Kari ne butter mixture ma fold karo. Add vanilla essence in the end. Aa mixture ne 2 parts ma divide Kari ne ek part ma coco pwd fold karo. Cake tin ne grease Kari ne cake batter ne 2 parts ma muko. Ek knife na help si marble effect aapo knife ne cris cross banne batters ma move Kari ne. Cake ne 150° par bake karo for about 30-35 mins
