EGG PARATHA

Egg paratha (Anda Paratha)

Ingredients -
4 EGGS
1 CUP GREEN ONIONS CHOPED
MINT & CORIANDER
1 BIG ONION
2-3 GREEN CHILLI (ACCORDING TO TASTE)
1 TBSP GARAM MASALA
1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWER
PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER POWER
1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
1/2 TBSP JEERA POWDER
SALT(ACCORDING TO TASTE)

*DOUGH*
2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR (FOR PARATHA)
SALT (ACORDING TO TASTE)

Make the dough and keep it aside.

OIL FOR FRYING.

*METHOD*
1. Take 4 eggs and add all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Take the dough and divide it into 6-7 small size ball.

3.MAKE ROTI FROM BALL

4. Add the prepared paste in the middle and fold it from all sides and fry it till is golden brown.

5. Cut the fried egg paratha into one bite pieces and serve it with mayonnaise or tomato sauce or chilli vinegar.

*Note -*
You can add kheema if want for a change.

Served best 4 snacks
