Receipe for kharak desert for Eid no raat.
Soak kharak in milk and water overnight, then take 1 or 2 whistle in cooker. Open the cooker and dry up all the remaining milk.
Split it and remove the seed.
Make a mixture for filling in kharak.
Take a peda, crumble it properly, mix it up with little rose water and finely chopped dry fruits.
Fill this mixture in between kharak

Pack individual kharak in foil paper and keep it in fridge. It tastes better when cold
