Bhindi ne wash kari sukhawi lo. Te pachi ehne lamban ma char peice ma capi lo. Marinate karva mate ehma gg paste sathe lal marcha nu pdr, dhana ane zeeru pdr, haldi pdr, garam masala pdr, namak taste na hisab si, vesan bhindi ne cover karile itlu, thodu oil stick na thai ehna mate. Badda ingredients Acha se bhindi sathe malavilo. Ehne 2-3 kalk mate marinate thava do. Pachi ehne deep fry kri lo crisp thava lag.
Tip--Oil ma nakhta si halavanu nai bhikhri jase
