HALWA POORI & ALOO TARKARI

- Sunday Special Breakfast
Halwa poori n aloo tarkari

Poori
white flour 1cup
salt
oil 2 tb spoon
Bind with warm water and milk
make soft dough  and make small balls keep it in oil for some time then fry in medium flame.

Halwa
1 cup sooji
1 cup sugar
Cardamon
kishmish
almonds
Ghee 3tbspoon

Heat ghee in a slow flame then add sooji n cardamon stir fry it for sometime.
boil 1 cup of sugar with water like we make chasni
add chasni in sooji n mix well.
add more water till the sooji cooked
Add kishmish n almonds.

Aloo tarkari
potatoes
kalonji
rai
spices salt, redchilli, n haldi powder.
lemon juice.

Boil potatoes .. Take a pan n heat oil add kalonji n other spices n rai.
then add potatoes n mix well.
Finaly add salt n lemon juice.
