SMOKED KABAB

Smoked Kabab

Serving for
5-6 person

Ingridients
Meat mince 1/2 kilo
Onions 2 chopped n Fried
Ginger garlic paste 1 heap tb spoon
Bread slice     1 pc soak in water
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Corraiander powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp optional
Butter 1 tb spoon melted
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste

For sauces
Mayonaise 1 tb spoon
Corraonder leaves 2 tb spoon

For Red sauce
2 tomatoes grated
Tomato ketchup 1 tb spoon
Soya sauce
Salt n pepper

For Garnishing:
Corns n corrainder leaves

Recipe:
Add all the above spices , Fried onions,Butter and Bread slice in mince leave it for 1/2 an hour.
Then make kababs n grill it in a oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
Mean while make red sauce with the above ingredients.
And mix mayoneisse with chopped corrainder.
When kabab has done pour red sauce on it and then mayonneise mixture .
Smoke it.
Garnish it with corns n corrainder  leaves.
Serve it with chips or Nan.
