Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour (besan )
- 2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya)
- 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (lal mircha)
- salt to taste
- 50-100 ml water
- 250 gm paneer cut in cubes shape

Step-1

Ek frying pan lo ane yehma tel garam karo, ane aa masala chadela paneer na tukda ne pakavilo.. golder brown colour thawa tak pakavilo

Pachi yeh paneer na tukda ne ek plate ma nikali lo .... ane yehna p[ar chat masala chidko...

green chutney, tomato sause and sliced onion saathe serve karjo
How To Make In English
Step1
Take a bowl and add all the below mentioned material in it and make a thick paste
- 1 cup gram flour (besan )
- 2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya)
- 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (lal mircha)
- salt to taste
- 50-100 ml water
Step-2
Now add paneer pieces in it and marinate it well
Step-3
Take a frying pan and add oil in it... and the put the the paneer pieces in it and cook tilll it turns golden brown in colour
Step-4
Remove the pieces from pan and put in plate and then sprinkle chat masala to it
Step-5
Serve With Green Chutney, tomato ketchup & Sliced onion
