green chilly paste - 1 table spoon
garam masala - 1 teaspoon
dhana jeeru powder- 1tea spoon
red chillypowder -as per taste
salt -as per taste
cheese cube - 1 piece
maida for dough - 400 gm
oil for moin and fry
ajmo seeds 1 teaspoon

method-
chicken keemo dhoy ne 30 minute sudhi nitari rakhvo.maida ma tel nu moin namak ane ajmo nakhi ne aato bandhvo thodo naram soft dough banavvo.ehne dhaki ne rest aapvo. vaghar mate kadai ma tel muki ne jeeru ane fresh ginger garlic paste nakhi thodu soute karvu pachi keemo nakhi soute karvanu thodu dry thay pachi green chilly paste ane bija sukha masala add karva. last ma cheese cube ghasine nakhvi.thandu thay etle lilu pyaz zinu kapelu nakhvu.have dough na nana luva kari hath thi thodu thepi ehma keema nu filling bhari ne peck karvu. pachu hath thi thodu thepi ne dhimi flame par fry karvu. serve with green chutney and sauce.
