- cooking time 10-15 mins
- first take a pan and add tomato puree in it ,boil it for 5-7 mins on slow flame
- then add the below mentioned ingredients one after the other
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried ginger powder (adrak) - then mix it will
- then add salt , and black salt to taste and 1 tsp sugar to it and again mix well
- then add vinegar to it and again mix well
- then take the mixture in bowl and strain it well so only thick paste remains
- now pour the mixture in a bottle
- store it in cool place
