Home Made Tomato Ketchup

- Bahar je ready ketchup mile chhe ae healthy nai hotu.... So apne ghar ma banaviye toh best....

- Ghanuj easy chhe banavu jem biji chizon jem ke chutney gharma easily banavi layye chhe em aj ketchup bhi banavi sakye chhe....



Ingredients


How To Make In Gujarati
  • cooking time 10-15 mins
  • pehla ek pan lo yehma tamoto puree nakho ane yehne boil karilo 
  • pachi yehma niche aapela ingredients add karo
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1 tsp onion powder 
    1 tsp garlic powder
    ½ tsp dried ginger powder (adrak)
  • Pachi yehne barabar mix karilo 
  • ane pachi yehma , salt, black salt as per taste ane sugar add karo ane again barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi yehma vinegar add karo ane again barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi yeh mixture ne ek bowl ma nikali lo ane chalni si barbar chali lo taake only thick paste bache
  • pachi yehne clean bottle ma bharilejo 
  • fridge ma store karjo 

How To Make In English
  • cooking time 10-15 mins 
  • first take a pan and add tomato puree in it ,boil it for 5-7 mins on slow flame 
  • then add the below mentioned ingredients one after the other
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1 tsp onion powder 
    1 tsp garlic powder
    ½ tsp dried ginger powder (adrak)
  • then mix it will 
  • then add salt , and black salt to taste and  1 tsp sugar to it and again mix well
  • then add vinegar to it and again mix well 
  • then take the mixture in bowl and strain it well so only thick paste remains 
  • now pour the mixture in a bottle 
  • store it in cool place
