BANAWANI REET:
- Pehla kheema ne dhoi ne adrak-lasan paste, lal marcha, haldi, dhana jeeru ane namak nakhi ne hilawi lo ane 1 kalak sudhi aathi ne rehva do....
- Pachhi 1 pyaj ne khurchi ne ehnu pani nikali do ane kheema ma mix kari do....
- Pachhu ehma ek bedu (egg) nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi ehma green marcha, kothmir, pudino, garam masalo nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi ehma chana no atto milavi ne barabar mix kari lo ane balls banavi lo ane hath par muki ne thora chaptavi do.... Lam gol (oval) jeva bani jase...tel ma deep fry kari lo....
- Paav sathe ane chutney sathe serve karo....
