- pa chamchi haldi
- 1 tspn adrak paste
- 1 tspn lasan paste
- 1 tbspn kothmir barik kapeli
- 7-8 fudino na patta barik kapela
- 3 pyaj
- 1/2 tspn garam masala
- 1 tbspn tel
* Taste na hisab si kam-zyada kari sako....
BANAWANI REET:
- Kheem ma lal marcha, dhana jeeru, haldi, lasan, aadu nakhi ne aathi lo....
- Athai gaya pachhi ehma kothmir, fudino ane 1 pyaj nakhi do.... Pyaj ne khurchi ne ehma si pani nikali devanu ane pachhi kheema ma nakhwanu....
- Pachhi kheema na balls banavi lo ane chana na atta si barabar firm kari lo.... * atto mix nathi karvano bas jem roti karta sukho atto use karye em use karwano chhe....

- Pachhi lawab nakho ane 5-7 thava do ane pachhi lai lo....
