1/4 kg kheema
7-9 slices of bread
Lasan/adu paste
A little haldar
A little chilly pwd
A little salt
Black pepper pwd(optional)
Coriander leaves
Can also add grated onions if wanted
Directions
Remove water from kheema completely. Soak bread in water and squeeze until all water removed .
add everything in kheema and mix extremely well with hand until the mixture is combined thoroughly. Make smooth round balls and deep fry in hot oil .colour should be black \brown
Serve hot with chips and coconut chutney
