Khandvi

Take 1 cup besan
1Cup dahi and
2 cups water mix it well without any lumps
than added
1inch ginger n
3 green chillies
than little bit of haldi n salt per taste
mix it well than strained the whole mixture
take a nonstick pan
add the mixture to the pan n cook it on low flame till you get a thick consistency
by the time grease on the back of a thali n keep it ready to check the proper consistency of mixture apply little oil on thali n let it dry
after some time if u can roll it's perfect than spread mixture on thali with thin layer using a flat spatula after it dries
make straight lines n
than try to lift the corner with help of knife and start rolling into small pieces
after all khandvi is rolled place in serving plate
than for tadka use a small pan add little oil
add 1 tsp rai and
1 tsp white til n few curry leaves
let rai crackle til turn little brown than turn off the flame n
take tadka in spoon n spread over all the rolled khandvi n spread some kothmir and I spread little dedicated coconut over it now it's ready to serve
