- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp saffron & cardamon (kesar & elaichi)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits

- pehla ek pan lo, yehma milk add karo ane boil karilo ,
pachi medium flame par karo ane yehma elaichi powder n kesar nakho n mix karta raho
pachi yehma sugar add karo
pachi yehma chopped dry fruits add karo..
barbar mix karta rehjo
doodh gaado thai jaase (thick)
rabdi ready - pachi haji ek pan lo
yehma milk powder ane powdered sugar nakho
pachi yehma milk nakho
slow flame par barabar mix karta rehjo
aama 4 stages thase
pehla clear liquid banse jema koi gatha nahi hoi
pachi milk gath thase
pachi thick paste banse
pachi yeh ghee add karjo ane barabar mix karjo
pachi last stage thick ghatta walo paste banse
aa paste na small small lowa banawilo
ane pachi chapta karido - pachi ek bowl lo ane yehma aa peda muko ane pachi yehna par banawale rabdi nakho

How To Make In English
- first take a pan
add milk in it and boil
then on medium flame add saffron and cardamon
keep stirring
then add sugar in it keep stirring
then add dry fruits in it .. keep stirring
finally a thick liquid forms
rabdi is ready - take another pan
on medium flame /
add milk powder and sugar and milk in it
keep stirring
there are 4 stages
first thick liquid with no lumps
then milk thickens
then thick paste
then add ghee in it
then last thick paste with lumps remains
keep stirring during the whole process
now make small balls from the paste
then flattened the balls - now take these balls in a glass bowl
and the pour the rabdi mixture in it
ready to serve
