  • 1/2 ltr milk 
  • 5 tsp milk powder
  • 4 tsp cornflour  
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
How To Make 
  1. ek bowl lo yehna cornflour ane milk powder ne mix karo ...
    pachi yehma thodo milk add karo
    ek bhi gatha na hoi
    thick paste bani jawo joiye
  2. pachi ek tapela ma doodh lo ane yehne ubali lo
    pachi gas ne slow karo
    pachi yehma sugar add karo ane 5-6 taks barabar mix karo taake sugar poori melt thai jai
    pachi yehma coornflour+milk powder nu mixture add karo
    barabar halawta rehjo ane 5-6 mins tak slow flame par cook karjo...
    gas band kari dejo
    pachi yehma vanilla essence nakhjo ane barabar mix karil lejo
  3. hawe doodh ne room temperature par aawi jawa dejo
    pachi yehne plastic na dakkan wala dabba ma bhari dejo ane dakkan lagavi dejo
    8-10 hours maate deep freeze karjo
    pachi ek bowl ma nikali ne serve karjo
    jowe toh yehna par rose syrup ya je flavor aapne jowe yeh nakhine serve karjo
