Milk Ice-Cream In 3 Easy Steps (in English )


Ingredients 



  • 1/2 ltr milk 
  • 5 tsp milk powder
  • 4 tsp cornflour  
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
How To Make 
  1. First take a bowl and add milk powder and cornflour to it... mix well
    then add little milk in it... and make thick batter without lumps
  2. Now take another vessel and heat milk till boiling point
    then put gas on slow flame and add sugar to it keep stirring for 5-6 mins till all sugar melts
    then add cornflour+milk powder batter in it and again mix  well for 5-6 mins on slow flame
    then switch off the gas and add vanilla essence in it and mix well
  3. Now let the milk come to room temperature...
    fill the milk batter in a plastic box and the cover it with lid/cap
    deep freeze it for 8-10 hours
    after freezing serve the ice-cream in a bowl
    you can also sprinkle rose syrup or any other flavor you like
