Ingredients- paneer 100 GM
Dahi 3 tbs
Tomato 3
1 onion
Red chili powder
Haldi
Dhaniya powder
Salt to taste
Chick pea powder (Besan)
Garam masala
Kasuri method
Method:- first of all paneer na small pieces Kari deva ek bowl ma Besan 1 tbs,dahi, salt,red chili powder half TSP,haldi one pinch ,dhaniya powder 1tsp,aa saglu mix Kari ne 20 min mate merinat karva fridge ma mukvu and pachi ene salofry Kari devu
for gravvy:-tomato ne boil Kari eni pury Kari Devi, pyaj ni b pury banavi devi pachi ek pan ma thodu oil garam Kari ema cumin seeds nakhi adrak lasan ni paste and pyaj ni pury nakhvi pink colour Thai pachi tomato pury red chili powder thodi c haldi 1 TSP dhaniya powder and kasuri methi nakhvi Tel chute tyar pachi ema thodi Besan ne oil ma seki ne nakvu and gravy ma half cup Pani add Kari devu gravy pake pachi ema paneer nakhi mix Kari devu ur paneer butter masala is ready for serve😊
