Egg less Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Frosting In 5 Easy Steps (Instruction In English)

SINGLE LAYER CAKE 


DOUBLE LAYER CAKE



Ingredients


For Cake   


  • 1 cup Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) 
  • 3/4 cup butter (keep out for fridge for sometime so it is easy in mixing)
  • 1.5 cup Wheat Flour (Maida)
  • 3 tbsp Coco powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp vinegar (sarko)
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3/4 cup milk 
For Frosting 
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup coco powder
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup cold milk 

Vessels Require 
  • Normal Bowl For Mixing All Ingredients 
  • Blender / Whisker
  • Sieve (Chalni)
  • Microwave Owen or Cooker Without Whistle or Normal Steamer Will Also Do 

How To Make Cake

  • Take a Bowl and add Condensed milk and butter in it mix well with a whisker or blender till it becomes thick paste
  • Now place a sieve on the bowl and then add all the below mentioned ingredients in it
  • 1.5 cup Wheat Flour (Maida)
  • 3 tbsp Coco powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

    and sieve well so that only powder powder gets added to the condensed milk and butter mixture and mix well... till all ingredients gets mixed well
  • Now Add the below Ingredients
    1 tsp vinegar
    3/4 tsp vanilla essence
    3/4 cup milk
    and the mix all the ingredients well till you get a thick paste without lumps
    cake batter is ready

    If You Have Oven .... Bake it on 180 degree for 25-35 mins

How To Make Frosting 
  • Take A Bowl & Add Butter in it and Blend well 
  • then add the below ingredients and mix well the thick paste remains without any lumps 
  • 1/2 cup coco powder
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup cold milk
    Frosting Ready 


For Making Single Layer Cake 
Take the cake which you have made and cover it the top and wall of the cake with the frosting 

For Making Double Layer Cake  
Make 2 cakes using and then first take 1 cake cover the top of the cake with frosting
Then place the second cake above the first cake and then cover the cake top and entire cake with frosting 

Cut Into your desired size pieces
