Anjeer(figs) Halwa In Just 2 Easy Steps By SMB Recipes (gujarati)

  • 1/2 cup peeled and powdered alomond (chilele badam nu bhooko)

  • 5 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder (elaichi)

How To Make
  • pehla ek pan lo yehma paani bharo ane garam karo
    pachi yeh garam paani ma anjeer nakho ane barabar halawi well so anjeer poori tarah bhigai jai
    pachi yeh anjeer ne medium flame par 3-5 mins tak pakavo ya tyar tak pakavo jyar tak woh naram thai jai che
    pachi chalni lo ane yeh anjeer ne barabar chali lo
    pachi yeh anjeer ne approx 1/4 cup jitnu paani saathe grind karilo
  • hawe ek frying pan lo yehma ghee add karo
    ghee garam thai pachi yehma badam nu bhooko add karo ane barabar mix karilo ane approx 2mins waaste medium flame par cook karo
    pachi yehma anjeer nu paste , sugar, milk powder, ane 1/2 cup jitnu paani nakho ane barabar mix karilo
    pachi medium flame par gas ne karjo ane continous stir karta rehjo
    approx 5 mins tak medium flame par cook karjo ane continous stirr karta rehjo
    halwo thick paste jewo hase
    pachi yehma elaichi powder nakho ane barabar mix karilo
    halwo is ready
    chopped dry fruits yehna par chidkjo server karwa na time par
