Recipe By Pakistan Master Chef Jumanabhen Moizbhai Jodiawala
Ingredients :
1 lamb or Mutton leg
Lemon juice IMedditteranian Legce 1 cup
Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Shan roast masala 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Paprika powder 2 tablespoons
Jalepenos green 6
How to make Medditteranian Leg Roast
Wash the leg and place it in a non stick oven dish.
Mix all the spices and lemon juice well into it.Rub thoroughly.Place the jalapenos alongside rubbed with spices.
Cover the oven dish with foil and let it cook in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 300 degrees F for 3 hours.
Turn once after 1 and a half hours.
After 3 hours remove foil and place the tray in the oven after reducing heat to 180 degrees F.
This will make the outer part very crisp and tasty.
Remove and serve with pitta bread, fruit salad, olives and Arabian salad
