Ingredients
- 5 bread slice
- 500 ml full cream milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (use measuring cups) (64gms)
- 2 tsp chopped dry fruit (kaju badam pista)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (ilaichi powder)
How To Make
- First take a bread slice and remove the brown sides
- then make small piece of the bread and using mixer, grind it well.. to make bread crumbs
- next boil the milk and when it reaches boiling point add sugar in it and mix well
- then add the bread crumbs in milk and stir well for 4-5 mins on medium flame
- then add cardamon powder in it and mix well and cook for 3 -5 mins
- now switch of the gas and allow it to cool to room temperature
- now take any plastic container with lid... first sprinkle some dry fruits in container ..... then pour the milk mixture in it and the again sprinkle some dry fruits and the close the lid...
- deep freeze for approx 8 hours
- ice-cream is ready ... serve in bowl or cup
