- 1/4 cup ghee
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2.5 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup suger
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
- chopped almonds & cashew (badam pista)
How To Make in English
- take a frying pan.. add ghee to it and then add milk to it and keep stirring
- next add milk powder to it and again keep stirring
- then add sugar to it keep stirring
- first it will make thick paste without lumps
- then it will become like soft dough
- then sprinkle cardamom powder to it and again keep stirring
- take a bowl and grease it with oil/ butter
- now pour the mixture from the frying pan to the bowl
- give any shape u desire
- sprinkle chopped almond & cashew on it
- allow it come at room temperature
- and again cut it in your desired shapes and size
- ready to serve
