For Instant Idli Mix
- 1 cup urad dal
- 1/2 cup thin poha (flattened rice)
- 2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
For Idli Paste
- 1 cup Instant Idli Mix
- 1/4 cup curd
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup water
- eno (fruit salt) 1/4 tsp
How To Make In English
Instant Idli Mix
- first take urad dal and dry roast it for 2 mins on low flame and keep aside
- then take flattened rise dry roast it for 1 min on low flame and keep aside
- now mix urad dal and flattened rice and grind it .... it should become powder
- now take rice flour and dry roast for 1 min on low flame
- now mix rice flour & urad dal + flattened rice mixture
- add salt in it and mix well
- instant idli mix ready
- store it in air tight container
Instant idli
- Take 1 cup instant idli mix
- add curd to it
- add 1/2 cup water to it
- mix well thick mixture with lumps
- add 1 cup water, thick paste without lumps
- now add eno in it and mix well
- grease the idli stand with oil (idli stand readily available in market)
- now pour the batter in it
- steam it for 15 mins
- if u dont have steamer use cooker without putting whistle to it
- cook for 15 mins
- take the idli out from idli stand serve with sambhar and cocunut chutney
