Ingredients
- Milkmaid 1 cup
- oil 1/4 cup
- warm milk 1/4 cup
- vanilla essence 1 tsp
- vinegar 1 tsp
- Maida (plain flour) 1 cup
- cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- baking soda 1/4 tsp
- pinch of salt
How To Make
Step-1
Take A bowl add milkmaid, oil, warm milk, vanilla essence, vinegar and beat well till thick consistency.
Step-2
Then Place a Sieve on the bowl and add plain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and pinch of salt in the sieve..... then sieve well... then mix all the ingredients in the bowl for thick consistency
Step-3
Cooking
Take A Bowl And grease it with oil. then add the above cake batter in it and place inside the cooker.. close the cooker without whistle and cook for 40 ins on medium flame..
after 40 mins using tooth pick method check if the cake is ready or not
Tooth Pick Method
When the cake is cooked.. remove the bowl from cooker.... place the bowl upside down and remove the cake from it
then turn the cake downside side up... and cut into desired shape and sizes
