Ginger/Garlic Paste

Salt to taste
For making chilli paste soak kasmiri chilli in water for about an hour.
Potatoes ma cornflour nakhi ne mukvanu 5 mins and pachi fry kari devanu ehna si thora crispy thai jase.
Ek pan ma thoru oil levanu ema giner garlic paste saute karvanu. te bad ek onion ne fry karvanu halku su ehna baad capsicum nakhwanu n bellpepers agar hoi toh. bellpeppers nakhwasi dish colur ful thai che. aa badhu nakha pachi ema soya sauce, kasmiri chilli paste and tomato sauce nakhwanu. aa badha ne thoru fry karvanu n last ma fry wala potatoes nakhi ne acha si stir kari devanu.last ma thoru kotmir nakhwanu garnish waste your dish is ready
