Ingredients
- 8 pcs Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp vinegar (sarko)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp oil
How To Make
Step-1
first Make cuts in chicken legs
then take bowl put chicken legs in it then add vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and oil in it and mix well.... and keep it aside for 1 hour to marinate...
Step-2
Take a pan and heat it on medium flame and then place the legs in it and cover it and cook for 10 mins
then open the lid and turn the legs upside down and again cover it and cook for 10 mins on medium flame
Step-3
take a small piece of coal and heat it...
then place small piece of silver foil inside the pan and then put the hot coal on it and the pour little oil on it...
then close the lid
allow all the smoke from the hot coal to come out and then open the lid
chicken drumstick are ready serve with sliced onion and green chutney
