- 2 tbsp Semolina (rava/sooji)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Cardamon powder (elaichi)
How To Make
Step-1
Ek pan lo yehma ghee nakho ane yehne low flame par garam karo... pachi yehma besan ane ravo nakho ane barabar mix karilo...

pehla no lumps pachi smooth paste ane pachi final golden brown colour nu paste banse...
approx 25 mintes lagse...
aa mixture ready che ane hawe yeh side par muki do
Step-2
ek pan lo ane yehma sugar nakho ane paani nakho
low flame par gas rakhjo
pehla poori sugar ne dissolve thai jawa dejo
pachi haji approx 8-10 min tak woh mixture ne low flame par pakwa dejo taaki apnu sugar syrup ready thai jai
Step-3
hawe woh sugar syrup ne rawa na mixture ma add karjo ane barabar mix kari lejo..
pachi yehma elaichi powder nakhjo ane again barabar mix kari lejo
apne barfi nu mixture ready thai gayo che
Hawe ek bowl lo ane yehne oil thi pehla grease karilo ane pachi yehma barfi nu mixture nakho....
mixture ne barabar dabavi dejo ane pachi yehna par dry fruits chidki dejo
mixture ne around 30 mins take side par muki dejo....
pachi bowl ma thi nikali ne apne je size ane shape jowe yehma cut karilejo
