Potato Rawa Cutlet

POTATO RAVA CUTLET

Rava 1 cup curd 1/2 - 3/4 cup mix well 20 minutes rest
Boiled potato 2 smash it well,
Chopped onion 2(medium size)
Green chilly 2 chop,
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp,
Chilli pawdar 1.5 tsp
Salt as required
Coriander & Cary leaves 1/2 cup,
Mix well to form DOUGH
Tack small portion & it flattern. Roll on rava coat well. Dip fry golden.
