Paan Barfi

PAAN BARFI




​500 gm khoya/mava

​5 to 6 dry dates

​2 tblspn fennel seeds(saunf)

​1 tblspn magaj/melon seeds roasted

​2 tblspn gulkand

​3 paan k patte

​100 gm coconut powder

​2 3 tblspn sugar or as per taste( as gulkand n dates r already sweet in taste)

​2 tblspn crushed mix dry fruits

​1 tblspn tutty frutty

​1 tblspn elaichi powder

​2 3 drops of green food clr




Method







Grind paan k patte n fennel seeds n keep aside....nw take a vessel n melt khoya/mava with sugar on low flame till it becomes sticky..then off the gas n cool it on room temp. ...

Thn add paan mixture, half crushed dry fruits , tutty frutty, gulkand , magaj seeds, elaichi powder, coconut powder, n crush dry dates n green food clr...mix all together...

Thn take a tray n grease it ...n spread this mixture all over in it evenly..n leave it for 4 to 5 hours...

Nw cut it in diff shapes n serve it..




UR PAAN BARFI IS READY TO EAT
