Marinate small chicken pieces 2kg in ginger garlic paste 2tsp,soy sauce 2tsp,2eggs, cornflour 3tbsp,salt, pepper, red chili pwdr for 4 to 5 hrs or overnight.
Then deep fry chicken pieces keep aside
nw take oil in non stick pan heat it add chopped garlic ,2 onion slices saute it add 2 capsicum cut in long strips add cornflour paste(2tsp mix with water)
then add soy sauce 2tsp, red chili paste or sauce 2-3tsp,3tsp tomato sauce mix well add salt n pepper add little water if gravy is too thick mix well add chicken pieces n chopped spring onion mix well serve hot
