SU JOSE:
- 1/2 kg gosht
- 1/4 kg bones
- 1/2 kg Khandela ghav (gehu, wheat)
- 1 cup chawal
- 1 cup masoor dal (orange wali)
- 1 pyaj khichda maate
- 2 pyaj birista maate
- 3 green marcha pura rakhsu fakt ehna ends cut kari ne
- 1 green marchu barik kapelu
- 1 tspn lasan paste
- 1 tspn Garam masala
- Namak
- Fudino
- Biristo
- Limbu
- Ghee
- Tel
BANAWANI REET:
- Ek raat pehla, khandela ghav, chawal ane masoor ni dal ne ek tapela ma nakhi do ane sathe thoru tel ane namak nakhi do .... ehma 3 inch jitlu pani ehna ma nakhi do.
- Puri raat ehne dhaki ne rehva do...
- Saware same pani jema paladelu, aej pani ma khandela ghav ane dal ne saari reete cooker ma pakawanu. ehma 1 pyaj, green marcha akhkha ane green marchu barik kapelu nakhi ne bafi lo fari si....
- alag cooker ma gosht ane bones pakawani. Thanda thaye pachi bones separate kari ne gosht ne gehu ane daal ma nakhi ne ghotwanu. Ghotai jaye to bones b mix kari dewani.
- Waghar: Tel ma lasan paste nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo.... Pachhi aa waghar ne khichda ma nakhi do ane garam masalo nakhi ne barabar mix kari lo....Gas band kari do....
- Pachhi khichhda ne athvanu... jitlu vadhre aathsu itlu vadhare soft ane fine banse....Aathva maate lakda nu aave chhe pan na hoi toh chmcha si bhi kari sako chho....
- Khichda ne pirasti waqt ehma garam ghee ane limbu nakho ane ehna par fudino ane biristo nakhi ne chhirko....

One tspn lasan paste is quite less,at least 2 tbspn lasan joiye waghar matey
