MUTTON KORMA

Recipe By Jamilaben Hakimuddinbhai Khardiwala


INGRIDENTS:

500gms mutton
2 medium sized piyaz sliced kaapelu
2 tbspn Adrak lasan paste
Kaaju badam nu paste
1 1/14 haldi pwdr
4tbspn or as per taste mircha powder
2tbspn dhaana powder
1 tspn kaali mirch powder
Namak 
Taj 
lavang 
ilaichi 
tej patta 
3 4 tbspn Oil 
kothmir
Lemon juice

 METHOD:

Pressure cooker ma oil maakhi ehma piyaz naakhi crispy brown karo pachi piyaz nikaali lo, hawe ehma baddha khada masala naakhi ne mutton naakho mutton ne ekdum fine c fry karo  karo pachi ehma adrak lasan nu paste naakhi ne saute karo hawe ehma baddha sukka masala naakhi fyn c saute karo gas ne medium flame paraj rehva do, pachi ehma piyaz naakhi ne saute karo hawe ehma badam kaaju no paste naakho aane saute karo for 2 3 mins pachi ehma paani naakhi ne 3 4 whistle tak pakava do...
Mutton korma is ready
Decorate with kothmir n squeeze lemon😋
Serve with paratha or chawal roti...
