π· Ingredients:
π΅ For tikkis:
➡️ 1 cup potetoes ( boiled and mashed)
➡️ ½ cup green peas (boiled)
➡️¼ capsicum chopped
➡️ 2tsp ginger garlic freshly crushed
➡️ 2 green chillies finely chopped
➡️ 1 TSP red chilli powder
➡️ ½ turmeric powder
➡️ 2 TSP coriander chopped
➡️ 1 cup paneer grated
➡️ Salt to taste
π΅ For Paneer Eggs
➡️ ½ grated paneer
➡️½ TSP black pepper
➡️ Salt to taste
π΅ Mint Corainder Chutney
➡️ 1 cup mint chopped
➡️½ cup corainder leaves finely chopped
➡️1 green chillies chopped
➡️½ TSP lemon juice
➡️ Salt to taste
π΅ Method:
1. To make tikkis, take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix it well.
2. Shape the tikkis round and make little hole in centre with help of thumb and give best shape.
3. Now dip this tikkis in thin batter made of all purpose flour (maida) mix with water and then coat it with broken vermecielli (shirkhuma Sev), make sure nest shape remain well.
4. Now rest the tikkis in refrigerator for 15 mins.
5. Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry the tikkis till golden.
6. For paneer eggs mix all the ingredients well, shape it well and deep fry only for 30secs not more or eggs will be broken.
7. Prepare green chutney.
8. For assembly, take bird Nest scoop the middle with green chutney, than add some Corainder leaves, and place paneer eggs over it.
9. Serve hot with ketchup and chutney..
