Chicken Mince(kheemo) Dumplings in White Gravy

Recipe By Lamyabhen Rangwala 


half kg chicken mince 

milk of one coconut
200 gms cashew powder
dry masalas jeera red chilli powder turmeric coriander powder and ginger garlic and green chilli paste

marinate the chicken mince in 

ginger garlic chilli paste two tsps,
one tsp red chilli powder,
tsp coriander powder 
half tsp turmeric 
add salt 
allow to marinate for about one hour 
add little cornflour or besan to bind it
make small balls and fry it keep aside

heat little butter in the pan 

add jeera when it splutters 
add coconut milk and cashew powder mix properly if too thick add water allow it to cook on slow flame for five mins 
add salt if required because cashew powder is salted 
now slowly drop the dumplings into it 
cook for about two mins 
garnish with coriander serve with paratha or rice
