Barley (jau) Sharbat
Recipe By Fatemabhen Amreli

Ingredients
Barley 2 tablespoon
Water 1 liter
sugar or salt or jaggery or honey (optional) any thing u like
Lemon juice (as needed)
Few Mint leaf
Tukmaria

Method
Wash and soak Barley 4/5 hours.
Drain the water completely.
Now, add water and barley to a pot or cooker and pressure cook it until it turns mushy.
You can also cook it in an open pan till the barley turns soft and tender.
Let the solution cool  to room temperature.
Strain and add sugar (or honey or Salt or jaggery) lemon ,mint n tukmaria n ice
Your Barley Sharbat is ready
