Cream Chicken With Mushroom

Recipe:-
Take bite size chicken wash & marinate with 3g paste,salt,lemon juice and curd for 30 minutes
Than in non-stick pan add big spoon butter or ghee..add a teaspoon jeera and 1/2 tsp kari masala cook kari masala well until aromatic than add chicken and cook on medium flame..cook until 90% chicken done than add bottom mashroom and cook 1/2 miniute than add fresh cream and white paper powder (if you have) otherwise normal black paper is also fine according to your taste as we already added chili paste..when gravy thicken and chicken cook 100% add kasuri methi cook more 1/2 miniute and chicken is readyππ
Forgot to add that I serve with garlic & herbs croutons..alag you can serve with garlic bread it taste very good with itππ
Note:-if your gravy comes out very thick you can add milk on it but don’t cook much otherwise gravy will become more & more thick.
