White Cream Chicken Biryani

White cream chiken biryani recipe for 4 people
Recipe By Khadijabhen Hatimbhai 

Ingriedients:
Chicken 750grm
Rice
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Half lemon juice
Fudino
Kothmir
Pepper powder
3 big onion birasto
Dahi 4 tbsp
Half nestle cream
Green chillies finely cut
Taj
Tej patta
Lavang
Badiya na ful
Zeera
Cashew optional
Oil or ghee as ur choice


Marinate chicken with cream dahi salt lemon juice green chillies elcho badaiya ful lavang pepper powder tej patta cashew and half onion birsto  zeera and oil or ghee mix it well
And nw put in freeze fr 2hrs
Nw soak d rice
Then cook marinate chiken in kadai 
After chicken cooked (soft n tender) set aside
Cook rice add salt ..cook until it is 90% cooked
After rice is cooked drain water and start making layers 
First add white rice layer then add coocked white chicken and add pudina and coriander and birasta and add last layer of rice and garnish as picture, cover the lid and Dumm the biryani untill it is ready.

Serve hot and enjoy 😊
