Vaghareli Rotli Recipe .

Left over Chapatis 8-10
5 Glass Butter Milk.
50 Gram Salty Peanuts.
2 finely chopped onions.
2 finely chopped Tomatoes.
2 Chopped Green Chilies.
1 inch ginger.
4 tsp Oil.
1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
1/2 Mustard Seeds.
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
10 Curry Leaves.
1 tsp Coriander Powder.
2 tsp Sugar.
1/2 Turmeric Powder.
Some Coriander Leaves.
Salt to Taste.

How To Cook or Cooking Method of Vaghareli Rotli Recipe.

-Make Small pieces of Chapatis.
-Heat oil in a pan.
-Than add the Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds.
-When Mustard Seeds started slatering add the Curry Leaves and Onions.
-Stir Fry the onions until they become golden brown.
-Than add the Green Chilies, Tomato and Salt.
Again mix this well.
-Now add Sugar and stir it.
-Add the Red Chili Pepper Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Peanuts, mix this well and cook it for a minute.
-Now add Butter Milk.
-Again Mix this and stir it for 20 seconds.
-Now add the pieces Chapatis.
-Grate Fresh Ginger on it.
Mix all the ingredients very well.
-Cook it for 15 minutes or until it became nice, thick and consistence.
-Add some Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Than garnish it with coriander leaves and Fresh Yogurt in your own style or as garnished in the above photo Chapati Curry Soup.
Serve this Delicious looking Chapati Curry Soup to your Family, Friends or any special Guest.
